How Referrals Work
- 1. Submit a referral. Complete the intake on behalf of your client, or have your client submit it directly with your firm noted as the referring source.
- 2. Screening & mediator matching. We screen for suitability and match the matter with an appropriate lawyer-mediator from the LexResolve network.
- 3. Mediation & reporting back. Sessions proceed virtually or in person. Outcomes can be returned to counsel for finalization through your usual processes.
