Parties are matched with a mediator based on subject matter, availability, experience, and process needs.

Mediation
Sessions are conducted virtually or in person, depending on what is appropriate for the parties and the matter.

Resolution
Agreements reached may be documented and formalized as appropriate.
Fees vary depending on the complexity of the matter, the number of sessions required, and the mediator assigned. A fee estimate will be provided following intake and screening.
